يتم فض العروض في اليوم التالي لتاريخ انتهاء تقديم العروض في تمام الساعة 10,00 صباحاً من يوم الإثنين الموافق لـ 11 /5/2026 م، في الإدارة العامة – مقر اجتماع لجنة المناقصات
مكان تقديم العروض: ديوان الإدارة العامة حصراً، على العنوان التالي: (الجمهورية العربية السورية – دمشق – ساحة يوسف العظمة – ديوان الإدارة العامة للمصرف التجاري السوري)، وترفض العروض التي ترد بالبريد الالكتروني أو عن طريق الفاكس
التأمينات المؤقتة
– العارض الخارجي: مبلغ وقدره /4,250/ $فقط أربعة آلاف ومائتان وخمسون دولار أمريكي لا غير
– العارض الداخلي: ما يعادل هذا المبلغ بالليرة الجديدة السورية وقت تقديم التأمينات المؤقتة
التأمينات النهائية: 10% عشرة بالمائة من القيمة الإجمالية للعقد
مدة التنفيذ: عام ميلادي واحد قابل للتجديد في حال رغبة الإدارة بذلك ولمدة لا تتجاوز السنتين بعد السنة الأولى
مدة ارتباط العارض بعرضه: /120/ يوم فقط مائة وعشرون يوماً من تاريخ انتهاء تقديم العروض
مدة ارتباط العارض المرشح: /60/ يوم فقط ستون يوماً من تاريخ تبليغه إحالة التعهد عليه خطياً وبما يتوافق مع المادة /25/ من نظام عقود الجهات العامة الموحد الصادر بالقانون رقم /51/ لعام 2004
غرامة التأخير: عند التأخر في تنفيذ الصيانة الدورية 2% اثنان بالمائة من قيمة العقد الكلية عن كل يوم تأخير بالنسبة للتأخر في تنفيذ الصيانة الطارئة 0,005% فقط خمسة بالألف من قيمة العقد الكلية عن كل ساعة تأخير، على ألا يتجاوز مجموع هذه الغرامات نسبة 20% عشرين بالمائة من القيمة الإجمالية للعقد، ولو لم يلحق بالإدارة أي ضرر
يخضع هذا الإعلان لأحكام نظام العقود الصادر بالقانون رقم /51/ تاريخ 9/12/2004

Advertisement text: Providing technical support services for Misys banking system software at the Commercial Bank of Syria.
Deadline for receiving tenders: Until the end of official working hours on the day of Sunday
corresponding to 10/5/ 2026 AD.
Tenders will be opened on the day following the tender submission deadline at 10:00 AM on Monday corresponding to 11/5/2026 , at the General Administration – the meeting place of the tenders Committee.
Place of submission of tenders: The General Administration Office exclusively, at the following address: (Syrian Arab Republic – Damascus – Yusuf Al-Azma Square – General Administration Office of the Commercial Bank of Syria). Tenders received by email or fax will be rejected.
Tender Bond:
– External Tenderer: The amount of $4,250 (four thousand two hundred and fifty US dollars only).
– Internal Tenderer: The equivalent of this amount in Syrian pounds at the time of submitting the provisional guarantee.
Performance Bond: 10% Ten percent of the total value of the contract.
The duration of implementation: One calendar year, renewable at the discrete of the administration, for a period not exceeding two years after the first year.
The duration during which the tenderder is bound by his offer: /120/ days only, one hundred and twenty days from the date of the end of submission of tenders.
The duration of the candidate tenderder commitment: /60/ days only, sixty days from the date of notifying him of the referral of the undertaking to him in writing and in accordance with Article /25/ of the Unified Public Entities Contracts System issued by Law No. /51/ of 2004.
Delay penalty: For delays in carrying out periodic maintenance, 2% (two percent) of the total contract value for each day of delay. For delays in carrying out emergency maintenance, 0.005% (five per thousand) of the total contract value for each hour of delay, provided that the total of these penalties does not exceed 20% (twenty percent) of the total contract value, even if no damage is incurred by the administration.
This advertisement is subject to the provisions of the Contracts Law issued by Law No. /51/ dated 9/12/2004.
