3/3 / 2026 لتقديم الدعم الفني و الصيانة و الاصلاح لتجهيزات و برمجيات وشبكة البنية التحتية لنظام رعاية الزبائن و الفوترة CCBS وذلك وفق دفتر الشروط الفنية والمالية والحقوقية الخاصة بهذا المشروع
التأمينات المؤقتة/16,500/ يورو بالنسبة للعارض الخارجي
/2,129,000/ ل.س جديدة بالنسبة للعارض الداخلي
مدة التنفيذ/عام كامل/ من تاريخ تبلغ أمر المباشرة
التأمينات النهائية 5 % من القيمة الإجمالية للعقد
غرامة التأخير اليومية واحد بالألف من القيمة الاجمالية للعقد
مدة الارتباط بالعرض 180 يوماً من تاريخ تقديم العرض
مدة ارتباط المتعهد المرشح:/180/ يوماً من اليوم الثاني لتبلغه إحالة العطاء
سيتم تسديد قيمة العقد بالليرات السورية للعارض المحلي و الخارجي
تقدم العروض إلى ديوان مديرية المشتريات في الإدارة المركزية للشركة السورية للاتصالات (دمشق- شارع فايز منصور ) وذلك حتى نهاية الدوام الرسمي من يوم 2 /3/2026 مرفقة بالتأمينات المؤقتة
فعلى من يرغب الاشتراك في المناقصة مراجعة مديرية المشتريات في الإدارة المركزية للشركة السورية للاتصالات- آخر أوتستراد المزة للحصول على دفتر الشروط لقاء مبلغ /550/ يورو للعارض الخارجي و/70,950/ ل.س جديدة للعارض الداخلي

Syrian Telecom S.A announces this local-international tender at 10o’clock of 3/ 3/2026 to provide technical support, maintenance and repair for the equipment and network infrastructure of the CCBS customer care and billing system, in accordance with the Book of Conditions of this project (technical, financial and legal):
Bid Bond: 16.500Euro, for the international bidder.
/2,129,000/ new S.P, for the local bidder.
Execution Period: /one year/ from the date of being notified with the order of commencement
Performance Bond 5 % of the total value of the contract.
Daily Delay:one per thousand of the total value of the contract
Bidder’s commitment Period to his bid: 180 days (from the date of the bid submission)
The candidate’s commitment Period :180 days from the day that follows the notification
(in writing) of the contract awarding to him.
-The contract value will be paid in Syrian pounds for the local and foreign bidder
The Bids accompanied with the Bid Bond will be submitted to the registration office at Directorate of Procurement in the Syrian Telecom S.A Headquarters (Damascus- Fayez Mansor Str) until the end of the official working hours of 2/ 3 / 2026.
