QA/ QC Architect
Job type: Full-time / On-site
Location: Damascus

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular quality inspections on architectural and interior design drawings and documents to ensure compliance with the project’s international and the company’s quality standards and customer expectations, all by verifying accuracy and consistency in design deliverables before submission of each stage.
2. Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
3. Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.
4. Lead root cause analysis efforts for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
6. Provide training and support to team members on quality control processes and procedures
7. Stay up-to-date with engineering consultant’s standards and regulations to ensure that our processes are in compliance with relevant standards.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
2. Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in architectural and/or interior design, with at least 2–3 years in a quality control or quality assurance role.
3. Proficiency in reviewing architectural and interior design drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools)
4. Ability to develop and maintain quality manuals, procedures, and inspection checklists
5. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
7. Strong organizational and documentation skills
8. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
