Kajoo.ai is building the next generation of Agentic AI for digital experience (DX) delivery. Our Agentic DX Automation OS helps enterprises plan, build, test, and ship websites using AI agents and multi-model orchestration.
We work with brands like Deloitte Digital, American Bankers Association, L’Oréal, Porsche, and more. We’re now looking to grow our core engineering team with talented developers from Syria (preferably Damascus).
🔍 Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior AI Full-Stack Developer (MERN) to help design and build core parts of Kajoo Agentic: AI agents, orchestration flows, RAG pipelines, and full-stack features used by real enterprise teams.
You don’t need a long history of “agentic” development. What matters most is that you are smart, curious, and able to learn fast. If you have strong MERN experience and have built LLM-powered features or are confident you can ramp up quickly on Vercel AI SDK and LangChain, we want to talk to you.
🛠 Tech Stack
- MERN: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
- AI / LLMs: Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
- Vector search, embeddings, RAG patterns
- Docker, CI/CD, modern cloud environments (Azure a plus)
✅ Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end features using the MERN stack
- Implement and iterate on LLM-powered flows (chat, tools, workflows)
- Help us build and improve RAG pipelines, vector search, and agent workflows
- Develop scalable APIs and backend services in Node.js
- Build clean, reusable React components (Next.js is a plus)
- Work closely with the product and founder team, contribute to architecture and technical decisions
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or closely related field)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written – you’ll work with global clients and teammates)
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong, hands-on experience with the MERN stack
- Experience building applications that use LLM APIs (or strong, proven ability to learn this quickly)
- High problem-solving ability, strong fundamentals, and a growth mindset
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-moving environment
(If you already have some exposure to Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, or similar frameworks, that’s a big plus—but not a hard requirement.)
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools
- Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or GraphQL
- Familiarity with DXPs (Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentful, AEM, etc.)
- Experience with vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, etc.)
- Azure cloud experience
- Startup / product company background
