Interior Designer
Job type: Full-time / On-site
Location: Damascus

Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement & Concept Development: Understand client needs, develop design concepts, mood boards, and final briefs.
2. Design Production: Prapper scale drawings, sketches, 3D models, and rendering often using computer-aided design (CAD, 3D Max, Sketchup, Photoshop, Vray, Corona, etc.) software.
3. Collaboration & Coordination: Work with architects and the interior design team to ensure cohesive design integration, manage project timelines, and oversee each phase from concept to completion.
4. Material & Product Selection: Select furniture, lighting, finishes, and materials that align with the design intent, client preferences, and budget requirements.
5. Presentation & Project Delivery: Prepare design presentations, manage revisions, and ensure timely handover of finalized interior design solutions.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
2. minimum 4 years of experience in an interior design role.
3. Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, V-Ray, Corona Renderer.
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of high-quality design work across different project types.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. Strong project management and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
8. It is preferable to have experience in the Gulf market, especially in the UAE
