Qualifications:
✦ Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as a software developer
✦ At least 2 years of experience as an IT project manager or team leader
✦ Excellent communication skills with cross-domain stakeholders
✦ Proven ability to build productive, customer-focused work cultures
✦ Experience in building and scaling engineering teams
✦ Strong background in agile software development methodologies
✦ Fluent English communication skills
