اعلان مناقصة داخلي –خارجي للمرة الثانية بالسرعة الكلية
ترغب المؤسسة السورية للحبوب بإجراء مناقصة داخلي – خارجي لتوريد كمية /2 / طن من مادة فوستوكسين غاز سلاسل لزوم تعقيم الاكداس الموجودة في العراءات والمستودعات الخاصة بتخزين الدقيق والقمح وفق المواصفات المحدّدة في دفتر الشروط الفني رقم 108/26/2/3 المعّد لذلك ودفتر الشروط الحقوقي والمالي رقم 794/26/7/ 2/ تاريخ 22 /12/2025والذي يمكن الحصول عليه من دائرة التجارة الخارجية بالمؤسسة السورية للحبوب لقاء مبلغ وقدره /1000/ ل.س فقط ألف ليرة سورية جديدة تدفع نقداً في صندوق المؤسسة
التأمينات الأولية: يحدد مبلغ مقطوع بمقدار / 1300$ / دولار أمريكي
مدة تنفيذ العقد: تحّدد مــدة تنفيـذ العقـــد خـلال مــدة ثلاثون يـوم عمل فعلي وذلك من اليوم التالي لتاريخ تبليغ أمر المباشرة
التأمينات النهائية:/10% من القيمة الاجمالية للعقد
-مدة ارتباط العارض بعرضه /30/ يوم اعتباراً من اليوم التالي لآخر موعد لتقديم العروض
-يلتزم المتعهد المرشح بعرضه لمدة /30/ يوم من اليوم التالي لتبلغه رسو العطاء عليه
-اخر موعد لتقديم العروض الساعة الثانية والنصف يوم الأربعاء الواقع في 25/3/2026
-على من يود الاشتراك بالإعلان التقدم بعرضه إلى ديوان المؤسسة الكائنة في برزة مقابل مشفى ابن النفيس جانب إدارة التجارة الداخلية وحماية المستهلك
-تفض العروض في صباح يوم الخميس الواقع في 26/ 3/ 2026 الساعة العاشرة صباحاً

The Syrian Grain Establishment

Internal-External Tender Announcement for the second time, in top urgency
The Syrian Grain Establishment is desirous to conduct an internal-external tender for the supply of /2/ million tons of Phostoxin Chain Gas for the purpose of fumigating stacks stored in open-air areas and warehouses designated for storing wheat and flour, according to the specifications specified in the technical conditions document No. 108/26/2/3, and the legal and financial conditions book No. 794/26/7/2 dated 22/12/2025 which can be obtained from Foreign Trade Department in Syrian Grain Establishment against /1000/ S.P. Only (one thousand new Syrian Pounds, payable in cash to the Establishment’s treasury.
Bid bonds: These shall be a lump sum of /1300/ US Dollars.
The contract execution period: is determined to be thirty actual working days, starting from the day following the date of notification of the commencement order.
Performance Bond: (10%) of contract’s total value.
-Bidder should be abided by his offer for /30/ days from the day following latest date of submitting the offers.
-The awarded contractor is abided by his offer for /30/ days from the next day of notifying him with confirmation.
-Latest date for submitting offers is until 2.30 hrs. on Wednesday 25/3/2026.
-Those wishing to participate in the tender should submit their bid to the Establishment’s register office located in Masakin Barseh- opposite Ibn Al-Nafis Hospital, next to the Internal Trade and Consumer Protection Department.
-Offers will be opened at 10.00 hrs. on Thursday morning 26/3/2026.
