My team and I developed PELLETS-12, a 3D printing pelletizer designed to reduce waste by converting failed prints into reusable pellets. Our prototype features a safe enclosed cutting system, adjustable feed mechanism, and a compact, user-focused design.

This project challenged me to apply mechanical design, prototyping, and systems thinking while considering real-world constraints like safety and usability.

Great experience presenting our work and getting feedback from peers and faculty — looking forward to building on this further.
